Enquiries

When you request a quote, we collect the contact details and delivery information you choose to provide. We use this information to assess your request, respond, prepare a quote and, where agreed, arrange a delivery. Processing may be necessary to take steps towards a contract or for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Service providers

This website and its enquiry form use Wix hosting and form services. Information may be processed by Wix and relevant service providers, including outside the UK under applicable safeguards. If a transport partner is needed for an agreed delivery, relevant job information may be shared to arrange that service.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to handle the request, manage any agreed service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the load description.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The enquiry form may use browser storage for the Wix session needed to load and submit the form. No advertising or analytics tools have been added to this version of the website. External fonts are served by Google Fonts.
